Parking Ministry Needs Volunteers!
If you'd like to serve at Willow Chicago, and your available time is limited, this is the opportunity for you! Once a month for six months you'll help our parking ministry pass out parking vouchers after the Sunday service. For details e-mail info@willowchicago.org.
Service Hosts
Your cheerful and welcoming attitude may be just what is needed to make our guests' day! Service Hosts present guests with programs as they enter the auditorium, assist them in finding a seat, answer any directional, informational or procedural questions they may have and, most importantly, make an indelible — and great — first (and second and third) impression!
Information Team
Members of this team greet guests and help them connect to their areas of need with the most hospitable of attitudes. In this role you will receive cutting edge information and you will be the first to know of upcoming events, seminars and ministries around the church.
Attendance Team
If serving behind the scenes is more appealing to you and you're looking for a relatively brief serving role, a perfect place for you is on the Attendance Team. You'll move within the church during the service, counting those in attendance on Sunday mornings.
Medic on Call
Manage emergency health care needs during church services.
Invariably in gatherings our size there will be a medical need. This medical professional will provide an immediate on-site needs assessment and administer first aid if required until emergency services arrive.
Traffic Team
Guide and assist attendees to preferred parking and to the Auditorium Theatre entrance.
Direct traffic before and after service.
Harvest
Assist with the foodservice needs before and after services.
SEEDS
Seeds offers a variety of opportunities for which you can volunteer — opportunities in the bookstore, media production and purchasing. Opportunities exist to fit your schedule.
