The staff of Promiseland strives to provide an extremely fun, yet safe environment for your children. The facilities and emergency procedures have been approved by the local Fire Department.
Our Promiseland team also consists of committed volunteers that have gone through an application process, a background check, reference checks, an interview with a staff person, and extensive child protection training.
A special security identification system has been put into place for all children from infants through fifth grade. Each week, your child will be checked in at the entrance to his or her room. You will be given a matching set of numbered ID tags. These tags are very important to creating a safe environment. Please keep your numbered tag with you during the service and have it ready for pick-up time. If a Promiseland staff member needs to contact you, your identification number will appear on the main screen of service.
Safety is one of our key values and to uphold that value, we will not release a child to anyone other than the person who holds the ID tag that matches the number on the child’s ID tag. You will be asked to show you ID tag in order to gain admittance into your child’s room. Your ID tag number and your child’s ID tag will be matched before you will be allowed to leave the room. This may take some time as we check numbers and collect tags. Please wait patiently outside your child's room as we ensure that all kids are checked out safely.
